The investigation panel for Celiac disease is the set of possible antibodies that the body can develop against gluten (found in wheat, barley, rye) and especially in cases of frequent consumption.

The panel contains antibodies against:

1. Intramuscular IgA and IgG ( EMA IgA / EMA IgG )
2. Tissue Transglutaminase IgA and IgG ( tTG IgA / tTG IgG )
3. Deamidated Gliadin Peptides IgA and IgG (DGP IgA / DGP IgG)
4. Reticulin IgA (ARA)

1. to identify celiac disease before its symptoms appear (bloating, low B12, etc.) *
2. to diagnose and monitor treatment for celiac disease
3. to rule out celiac disease in unexplained low vitamin B12 / Ferritin values

* Individuals with a personal medical history of autoimmune or family history of autoimmune-celiac disease or HLA DQ2 DQ8 positive
