For thyroid gland tests, no specific preparation or special diet is required.
Special attention is needed for individuals undergoing thyroid treatment, as they should not take their medication before the blood draw unless otherwise instructed by their doctor.
BLOOD DRAW AND RESULTS
Blood draw can be performed at any time of the day.
Results are provided within the day for blood draws conducted before 11:00 a.m.
Results can also be sent via email.
