For the peculiarities of adolescence (sports activities, possible nutritional deficiency, unsafe behavior, etc.) we also choose:

Creatine Phosphokinase (CPK)
It is an enzyme, which is found in muscle cells and is used as an indicator of muscle strain from exercise, in order to avoid possible overtraining and possible injuries to muscles and ligaments. The test can provide additional information about other pathological diseases in cases of muscle pain and weakness without an obvious reason.

Ferrum (Fe) and Ferritin (Ferr).
The medical tests are done in combination to assess the adequacy of dietary Ferrum in children.
The increased consumption of dairy products often creates problems in the absorption of Ferrum.
A possible lack of iron, in addition to anemia with symptoms of fatigue, can bring changes in teenagers' behavior, even learning difficulties.

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
We preventively check the correct regulation of the thyroid gland, which is responsible for the body's metabolic rate. In children, prolonged thyroid dysfunction can be expressed in obesity, lack of concentration, learning difficulties, and behavioral/developmental problems. Check Up are even more valuable in children, whose parents suffer from thyroid disorders.

Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 is responsible for the conservation of the nervous system - mental functions, the protection of the cardiovascular system, and the body in general. Nutritional disorders or malabsorption often result in a lack of this vitamin.

Vitamin D3 (25-OH-D3)
Vitamin D3 is responsible for the absorption of calcium in the bones and the regulation of the immune system. In surveys, the lack of this vitamin has been ascertained in a percentage of even 80% of the examinees. The deficiency in children can create rickets – developmental problems in the skeleton. Many studies report the significant protective effect of D3 on the possibility of developing juvenile diabetes
