Conventional fixed prosthetics offers stable and aesthetic solutions in cases where one or more teeth are missing and in those where the loss of the dental substance cannot be restored with the methods of dental surgery.
This sector includes both crowns and bridges and the manufacture of ceramic inlays and liners.
The manufacture of the above is carried out in the dental laboratory using metallic biocompatible alloys and porcelain coating or for a more aesthetic result using all-ceramic materials or zirconia.
The existence of now highly aesthetic materials allows us to achieve high aesthetic performance even in areas with strict aesthetic requirements.

Fixed tooth replacement is a medical procedure used to replace one or more missing or damaged teeth. This technique allows patients to obtain a healthy and natural smile, but also to restore function to their joint, thus improving their quality of life.
The process of fixed prosthodontics usually involves three main phases: preparation, placement and adjustment.
In the first phase, the dentist or dental technician examines the patient’s mouth and prepares the dental gum for the placement of the prosthetic structure. This may involve removing any damaged gums or teeth and creating a base or an igniter to support the prosthetic structure.
In the second phase, the prosthetic structure is either prepared in advance or manufactured in the dental laboratory. This structure can be made of various materials, such as ceramic, metal or plastic. This structure is designed to fit perfectly in the patient’s mouth and replicate the appearance and function of the patient’s natural teeth.
Finally, in the third phase, the prosthetic structure is placed in the patient’s mouth and adjusted according to the patient’s needs. This may include adjusting the prosthetic structure for the best fit and comfort, as well as matching it to the color and appearance of the patient’s other teeth. After placement, the patient may need to return to the dentist for further adjustments or monitoring.
