Intramuscular IgG IgA Antibodies can be used in:

1. identifying people* who have the celiac disease before its symptoms have appeared (bloating, low B12, etc.)
2. diagnosis and monitoring of treatment for celiac disease
3. exclusion of celiac disease in unexplained low values of vitamin B12 / Ferritin

*people with a personal medical history of autoimmune disease or a family history of autoimmune disease - celiac disease or positive for HLA DQ2 DQ8.

For adults, the following are applied:

1. Expected levels in healthy people: Negative < 5.0 U/ml
2. Weakly positive 5.0 - 7.0
3. Positive : ​​> 7.0
