Additional attention is given to:
- possible iron deficiencies that are troublesome due to menstrual blood loss.
- an increased likelihood of thyroid disorders in women.
- possible lack of important vitamins from nutritional – digestive system disorders;
The additional exams that we include in the Young Women's CheckUp are :
Iron (Fe) and Ferritin (Ferr)
The two tests are performed in combination to assess the adequacy of dietary iron.
We indirectly detect stomach disorders, celiac disease, food disorders (diets – vegetarianism), increased iron needs (intense exercise), which can gradually lead to iron deficiency.
Possible iron deficiency, in addition to anaemia with symptoms of fatigue, can bring a general change in behaviour, low quality of wool quality (and loss), low sports performance.
Thyroid hormone (TSH)
We proactively control the proper regulation of the thyroid gland which is responsible for the metabolic rate of the body. Prolonged thyroid dysfunction can be manifested by obesity, lack of concentration, problems in behavior and psychology. Screening is even more valuable in people with relatives with thyroid disease.
Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 is responsible for the maintenance of the nervous system – mental functions and the protection of the cardiovascular and the body in general. Eating disorders or malabsorption often result in a deficiency of the vitamin.
Vitamin D3 ( 25-OH-D3)
Vitamin D3 is responsible for the uptake of calcium into the bones and the regulation of the immune system. Research has shown a shortage in as many as 80% of examinees. The deficiency can create problems in the immune system, the general well-being of the body and rarely in the skeleton.

Young Women’s CheckUp
Check-Up for young women is an important procedure aimed at preventing, monitoring and promoting health at this vital time in their lives. During their adolescent years, women experience significant physiological and psychological changes, and a full health check-up can provide the necessary clues and advice needed to promote a healthy lifestyle and prevent potential health problems.
The examinations usually included in the Check-Up for young women are designed to assess various aspects of their health, including physical and psychological health, reproductive health, nutrition and physical activity.
The Check-Up process for young women starts with a consultation with a doctor, who will prescribe the necessary tests, taking into account the woman’s medical history and risk factors. The tests that are usually included include an assessment of physical health, such as measuring weight, height and blood pressure, as well as a general examination to assess the condition of key organs such as the heart and kidneys.
In addition, the Check-Up for young women includes tests to assess their reproductive health. This includes tests such as external gynaecological examinations and examinations of the internal reproductive organs by means of endovaginal ultrasound or other degradation techniques. In addition, tests to test for HPV immunity and other reproductive diseases may be included.
Finally, the Check-Up for young women also includes tests to assess diet and physical activity. This includes a nutritional assessment by a nutritionist, as well as a discussion of eating habits and exercise patterns. It may also include tests to measure body fat and assess the biochemical profile in order to examine possible metabolic imbalances and potential risks for diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
In addition, in some cases, the Check-Up may include tests to assess the psychosocial and emotional well-being of young women. This includes talking to specialist psychologists or psychiatrists and tests such as checking stress levels and diagnosing possible mental health conditions.
Finally, an important part of the Check-Up for young women is to provide education and advice on how to adopt a healthy lifestyle and prevent potential health problems. This includes information on the importance of a healthy diet, physical activity and stress management, as well as advice on preventing gynaecological conditions and other health problems that young women may face during their lifetime.
Overall, the Check-Up for young women is an important tool for maintaining health and preventing potential health problems at this vital time in their lives. By providing reliable evidence, advice and promoting a healthy lifestyle, Check-Up helps to improve the general health and well-being of young women and ensure a healthy and happy life.
